I think the key to selling more cars is to always look for solutions, there is generally an angle you can use to help get clients into a new car sooner. This was demonstrated by Mercedes-Benz AU establishing a stand-alone AMG Performance centre which provides customers a unique experience. Firstly you need to understand your customers by making them feel welcome and special. Committing wholeheartedly and dedicating time and effort. This will ensure exceptional customer service and experience which will drive stronger relationships and loyal customers.
Having worked in the Car Industry for over 34 years, I have experienced the changes and developments within the industry and cars we drive today. Trust and knowledge is the key ingredient to achieving a successful result with the client and for the company. Developing excellent relationships has enabled me to build a strong client base with successful repeat business together with new recommendations.
I believe the key to success is persistence, patience and catering to the customers’ motoring needs.
