Erin Molan has been a Presenter/Reporter on Channel 9 since 2010. She is currently the Weekend News Sports presenter, NRL host, host of the Sunday Footy Show and host of primetime entertainment program, 20toOne. She is also the co-host of weekend afternoons on Australia’s number 1 talkback radio station - 2GB/4BC, part of the legendary ‘Continuous Call Team’ and the NRL ‘expert’ each week on WSFM Jonesy and Amanda’s breakfast show.
A regular on NRL programming, Erin was a part of The NRL Footy Show for six years, before becoming its first female host in 2014. Erin has been extensively involved with radio in Sydney and Brisbane and became the first female full-time member of 2GB’s Continuous Call team in 2016.
Molan is a proud ambassador for a number of charities, including Save Our Sons, the Sydney to CAMberra bike ride and Defence Cares, but it’s her work with Bowel Cancer Australia that has resulted in unprecedented awareness of Australia’s second most deadly cancer. She also spends time mentoring and engaging with young women.
These days Molan calls Sydney home, but she remains a passionate Canberra Raiders supporter! ‘On the field’ her greatest (ONLY) sporting achievement is being part of the winning crew in the 2016 Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race in World record time. Outside of work and sport, Molan maintains an interest in fashion, politics, the Indonesian language and Indonesian affairs... but above all is a mum to Eliza, born in June 2018.
