Greg Maddalena

Sales Manager | New Cars | Mercedes-Benz Sydney

A result- driven Sales Manager with 30 years’ experience in Automotive. 17 of those years with Mercedes-Benz Sydney. Greg was recruited by our business as a Sales Executive in 2001 and was soon promoted to Assistant Sales Manager and eventually to the New Passenger Vehicle Sales Manager leading a team of over 20 Sales Executives in a dynamic, fast paced environment that is both exciting and rewarding.    

Since 2001 commencing work as a Sales Executive with Mercedes-Benz Sydney I can honestly say I am testament to the opportunities our Company provides for those that want to work towards achieving their goals. After 17 years with the Company It’s still a joy to come to work each and every day!

Traditional Car Sales was not a profession that I imaged myself being in but as a young girl my father always aspired to own a Mercedes-Benz. Which in itself may have planted my initial seed for this amazing Brand.  I came originally from a Five Star Hospital industry.    

Fast forward a few years I became a receptionist for the Dealership followed by the Registration Clerk/Receptionist. This role gave me the opportunity to not only welcome our customers but to also gain a better knowledge of our products and services.    

I managed to get a wonderful mentor from an amazing female sales executive which allowed me to move into a marketing co-ordinator role.  Then in 2006 I became one of the first female Service advisors at Mercedes-Benz Sydney.    

I was part of the team to launch Mercedes-Benz Sydney Airport Express as a Service Advisor. A wonderful challenging role which also ignited my passion for selling cars.  And well the rest as they say is history. 

Ryan Gasper

Assistant Sales Manager | New Cars | Mercedes-Benz Sydney

Ryan’s career spans over 18 years. He has made successful transitions across different areas of the business, highlighting that the automotive industry offers many diverse career paths for individuals seeking progression and growth. Starting as an Auto Electrician, he moved into a customer-facing role as a Service Advisor, and after a few short years was promoted to Fixed Operation Manager responsible for both the Service and Parts teams.

Having worked in Aftersales for many years, Ryan was then given the opportunity to move to the Sales side of the business as a New Car Sales Executive. In 2018, he was promoted to the role of Assistant Sales Manager.

My Mercedes-Benz journey began with Mercedes-Benz Sydney in 2002 when I commenced my automotive apprenticeship. After becoming a qualified technician, I progressed into the diagnostic specialist program which not only taught me the process of fixing vehicles but a different way of thinking, thinking outside of the box. I was lucky enough to spend two years working with Mercedes-Benz in London as a technician with the opportunity to visit the factory in Germany, upon my return to Mercedes-Benz Sydney I was promoted to Workshop Foreperson in 2017, working on diagnostic processes and training. In August 2020 I was promoted as the Workshop Manager. 

With over 19 years of Mercedes-Benz experience, I have learnt not only about the brand but the core values of the business. This is what drives me every day and has guided me to the position of Service Manager. 

I lead a team with a wealth of knowledge and experience who are focused on customer experience and satisfaction. That is what makes it a pleasure to walk through the door every day.   

Natalie O'Donnell

Natalie started her journey at Mercedes Benz Sydney 15 years ago as a Smart Car Sales Executive. After having 3 years of successful sales results, she made a transition into the Finance and Insurance department. 

Natalie believes customer service is the key to success in her role, with her current role focusing on returning customers. Looking after returning customers is the key to any business success.

“Making customer’s dreams come true” has been Natalie’s motto from the day she started. Every customer has different circumstances and financial goals, helping these clients fulfil their dreams makes every day like Natalie’s first!
