On the mezzanine floor is our unique AMG Centre, the only one of it's kind in NSW, showcasing a selection of high performance products hand built in the Mercedes-Benz AMG factory. Our in house AMG specialist is always on hand to answer your AMG related questions.

The New Car showroom displays every model in the Mercedes-Benz range in a myriad of different colour and leather options, aswell as being home to a luxurious customer lounge and Mercedes-Benz merchandise boutique.

An extensive customer lounge offers customers the utmost comfort whilst waiting for their vehicle, including those using Express Service "while you wait". A large buffet offers sandwiches, a selection of pastries, cakes, tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit. For entertainment there's a 52" Plasma television with Foxtel and a selection of newspapers and magazines.

Our dedicated merchandise boutique displays the latest from the Mercedes-Benz Collection, including clothing, jewellery, sports gear, luggage, something for the children and much more!

Every New and Demonstrator Vehicle delivery is conducted from our unique Delivery Lounge. Each vehicle is immaculately prepared before being gift wrapped in red ribbon like this one, or protected by a high quality silk car cover, depending on the customers taste. The Delivery Lounge enables the vehicle handover to be done in a quiet environment whilst the vehicles technology is explained to the new proud owner.

Each morning our Service Advisors operate a 'Drive-Way Valet Service', greeting and subsequently parking each service vehicle, maximising customer convenience.

A team of 6 highly experienced Service Advisors are conveniently located adjacent to the service entrance, ensuring each customer receives prompt attention upon arrival.

Downstairs at Mercedes-Benz Sydney is a dedicated Approved Pre-Owned Vehicle Showroom, showcasing up to 60 immaculately prepared Pre-Owned Vehicles. The Mercedes-Benz Sydney Van Centre, the largest of its kind in NSW, has it's own dedicated showroom entered via Bourke Road. Complete with private meeting areas, customer lounge and display area, every Mercedes-Benz Van in the Australian range is on show in array of colours and specifications, immaculately prepared ready for viewing or a test drive, accompanied of course by one of our experienced Mercedes-Benz Van experts.

The centre piece of the showroom is a fine wooden staircase across all three floors, from upstairs in AMG through New Cars and downstairs to Approved Pre-Owned.

Our two state-of-the-art workshops allow for 38 individual service bays, all fully equipped with the latest in Mercedes-Benz tooling and diagnostic technology, and of course one of the most experienced team of technicians in Australia. We also have a dust free transmission room, automatic car wash and a separate Service Area for Mercedes-Benz Vans.
